It is summer at the coast!
Life is a fiesta this time of year. The temperatures are just perfect and the costa blanca still has this pleasant smell of orange blossom in the area.
These weeks we are serving white fresh Asparagus at restaurante la Vuelta.
This exclusive ¨white gold from Holland" we are serving with fresh salmon and a delicious Hollandaise sauce.
To complete this wonderful dish we recommend a cool glas of Pinot Grigio or Riesling wine,......SALUT!
